Authentic lamb barbacoa, slow-cooked the way it has been since our grandparents first fired up the pit in Mexico.

Our Story

A recipe passed
down through three
generations

Our story begins in a small kitchen in Mexico, where our grandparents first learned the patient art of barbacoa — wrapping lamb in agave leaves and letting it surrender to low, steady heat for hours.

When they brought those recipes to Seattle, the pit didn't change. The patience didn't change. What changed is the community that gathered around our table — neighbors who became family, and family who became neighbors.

Today, we still cook the same way. Every morning. Every cut of lamb. Every batch of salsa. Three generations of the same devotion, right here in South Park.
